What’s the value of a customer?  Setting up Customer Success with the right foundation to balance customer retention and customer acquisition.

The mission of a customer success team is to build proven value for the customers and the company.  In order to do that it’s imperative that you find the right balance of investment between customer acquisition and customer retention.  You also have to consider the best approach to this challenge depending on the stage and size of each company.  This session explores the tricky balance CS Leaders face in securing investment to drive their team’s success and how to get adjust and adapt as companies grow and change.
